Rare Earth Minerals & Magnets Consulting

Exporting American rare earth minerals and magnets to manufacturers worldwide.

Tera Minerals is a U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in the export of rare earth minerals and permanent magnets — connecting emerging American producers with manufacturers in any country seeking a reliable, non-Chinese supply source.

About Us

A trusted bridge between U.S. supply and global demand

China refines the overwhelming majority of the world's rare earth magnets. Manufacturers everywhere — from EV and wind turbine producers to defense and electronics companies — are actively seeking alternative, reliable sources. Tera Minerals exists to make that connection possible, backed by emerging U.S. rare earth production reaching commercial scale in 2026.

The Problem

What problem are we solving?

The rare earth and critical minerals trade is held back by a basic mismatch between who has the material and who needs it.

01

Producers struggle to find qualified international buyers.

02

Buyers struggle to identify reliable U.S. suppliers.

03

Information is fragmented and relationship-driven.

04

Market participants need trusted introductions.

Minerals We Export

Rare earth elements and the magnets built from them

We focus on the elements global manufacturers most need to diversify their supply chains, sourced from emerging U.S. producers.

Dy
Atomic No. 66 · Heavy Rare Earth

Dysprosium

Essential for high-temperature permanent magnets used in EV traction motors, wind turbines, and defense systems. Sourced from producers in Texas and California.

Tb
Atomic No. 65 · Heavy Rare Earth

Terbium

Used in grain-boundary diffusion to improve magnet coercivity and thermal performance. Sourced from producers in Texas and Colorado.

Ga
Atomic No. 31 · Critical Mineral

Gallium

Critical for semiconductors and power electronics manufacturing. Sourced from U.S. producers including the Round Top deposit in Texas.

Magnets We Supply

Sintered NdFeB — SH-series high-temperature grades

Beyond raw elements, we supply finished sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets in the SH temperature series — the grade family most widely used in industrial motors, servo/BLDC drives, EV auxiliary motors, and wind turbine generators.

N45SH 43 – 46 13.2 – 13.7 ≥ 12.5 150°C / 302°F
N48SH 46 – 49 13.6 – 14.1 ≥ 12.8 150°C / 302°F

SH-series grades offer a strong balance of magnetic strength and thermal stability, with a Curie temperature around 340°C providing headroom above the 150°C operating ceiling. Exact grade selection depends on your motor's permeance coefficient, peak current, and worst-case ambient temperature — share your operating conditions and we'll help confirm the right grade off the demagnetization curve.
